I have been Chair of the Derby Leaseholders’ Association for seven years. I was elected by tenants and leaseholders onto the Derby Homes Shadow Board in 2001 and joined the Board proper in 2002 as the leaseholder representative. I am fully committed to improving and developing service delivery to both tenants and leaseholders. I have worked in the NHS for 17 years and have gained a considerable amount of knowledge and experience in project-based environments. This has allowed me to understand the importance of the role and the commitment required to make Derby Homes successful.
