I am Head of Housing Finance at Britannia Building Society, and am responsible for our lending to the social housing sector. I have worked for a number of national and regionally-based financial organisations during the past 30 years. I have experience in personal and commercial finance, including mortgage lending, arrears and recoveries and customer service. I am an Independent Board Member for two housing associations and have worked with various other housing organisations on specialised issues such as equity release, low demand and low cost home ownership. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and have a degree in Housing Professional Studies.
