City Board

Takes the lead on major decisions affecting housing management, maintenance and other customer services provided in the City

Derby Homes Board

Responsible for the overall strategy and direction, key policies, major decisions and financial management of Derby Homes Ltd

Governance Services Committee

Reviews the governance of Derby Homes to ensure good governance and best use of the time, skills, experience and knowledge of Board Members

Resources, Remuneration & Regeneration Committee

Takes the lead on financial and staffing performance issues, salary and remuneration issues, proposals for new build, regeneration and redevelopment projects and where relevant makes recommendations to the Board
